ВЛИЯНИЕ 8 НЕДЕЛЬНЫХ АЭРОБНЫХ ЗАНЯТИЙ НА СОСТАВ ТЕЛА И УРОВЕНЬ КРОВЯНОГО ДАВЛЕНИЯ У ЖЕНЩИН В ПОСТМЕНОПАУЗЕ

Аннотация Цель : В настоящее время рост кровяного давления является наиболее важным фактором риска коронарных, мозговых и почечных заболеваний сосудов. Эпидемиологические исследования показывают, что физической активности отрицательно влияет на кровяное давление у женщин в постменопаузе. Целью данного исследования было определить влияние аэробных занятий на состав тела и артериальное давление у женщин в постменопаузе. Методы : 20 здоровых женщин в постменопаузе одного и того же возраста и веса были случайным образом распределены в экспериментальную и контрольную группы. Женщины заполняли анкету истории здоровья. Экспериментальная группа обучался по аэробной программе упражнений в течение 8 недель (3 сеанса в неделю). Вес, процент жира в организме (BF%), индекс массы тела (BMI), соотношение талии и бедер (WHR), мышечной массы тела и артериального давления (BP) были измерены в начале и в конце исследования для всех групп. Данные были проанализированы с помощью t-теста парного и независимого t-тест. Результаты : Результаты показали, что в экспериментальной группе BF%, WHR, BMI снизился, а мышечная масса тела значительно увеличилась после 8 недель обучения (P <0,05), в то время как в контрольной группе BF% значительно увеличился. Результаты показывают, что в покое систолическое и диастолическое артериальное давление снизилось в экспериментальной группе. В то же время как эти показатели оставались неизменными в контрольной группе (p>0.05). Выводы : Кажется, что у женщин в постменопаузе период аэробных тренировок в течение 8 недель может быть эффективным как нефармакологическая стратегическая тактика для улучшения некоторых показателей физической подготовки и индекса массы тела, кровяного давления.
