Аннотация Цель : исследование рассматривает взаимосвязи между педиатрическим качеством жизни (PEDSQL) и сопротивляемостью организма к внешним воздействиям по шкале устойчивости (SYRESS) исследуемой спортивно-активной молодежи Сингапура при переходе от начального к среднему школьному образованию. Материал : в исследовании участвовали 137 учащихся-спортсменов (возраст 12,7 ± 0,3 лет, рост 156,0 ± 12,9 см, масса тела 46,4 ± 10.2 кг). Были использованы анкеты PEDsQL и SYRESS в начале учебного года и повторно через шесть месяцев. Результаты : Общее исходное здоровье (PEDsQL) отмечалось у значительно большего количества испытуемых, чем при измерении через шесть месяцев (77,3 ± 11,9 против 72,1 ± 11,8; р<0,05), но не было никаких существенных изменений в итогах SYRESS (198,2 ± 25,3 против 194,0 ± 27,4; р> 0,05). Всего здоровье в PEDsQL значительно коррелирует с оценками SYRESS в оба момента времени (базовое исходное r s=0.61,p<0.01; базовое через 6 месяцев r s=0.58, p<0.01). Выводы : результаты отражают взаимосвязь между сопротивляемостью организма студента и результатами PEDsQL. Студенты-спортсмены адекватно воспринимали переход из начальной в среднюю школу в сложный период, что является свидетельством уникальности популяции спортивно-активной молодежи по сравнению с другими сверстниками обычной школы.
