The journal was found in 1996 under the name "Physical education of the student of creative specialties" [ISSN 1993-4335 (print), ISSN 1993-4343 (on line)]. In July 2009 the title of journal was changed to "Physical education of students" [ISSN 2075-5279 (print), ISSN 2223-2125 (on line)].
Frequency of the Publication - 6 times in a year. In every publication there is approximately 30 articles.
The journal "Physical education of students" is ratified by the Higher Attestation Commission of Ukraine:
